Chief Financial Officer
Joined BNDV Capital in 2018. Former partner at a leading European investment bank. Expert in corporate finance, M&A, and capital markets with extensive experience in cross-border transactions.
Marco Visser
Chief Investment Officer
Oversees all investment activities and portfolio management for Dolchester Holding. Previously managed a 5B private equity fund. Specializes in industrial and consumer sectors across European markets.

General Counsel & Secretary
Leads legal affairs, corporate governance, and compliance for BNDV Capital and portfolio companies. Former partner at a top European law firm specializing in M&A and corporate law.
